Pre-Evaluation Consultation

At Metamorphosis we understand the importance of supportive family dynamics and the positive impact it has on client outcomes. Supporting a family member suffering from mental illness can be difficult and confusing. This psychcierge service was designed to offer you, the family a safe space to not only share your concerns, but to also provide some reassurance. Dr. Moore is here to answer your questions about the metamorphosis process. As well as guide you in a way that will allow you to offer the best support for your loved one. This service should be scheduled to occur PRIOR to the patient's first appointment. This service is not for the family of existing patients.
